We view our contract as a partnership. Bring us the nicest articles from your closet and we will do our best to sell them for you!  Our contract period is for 60 days. IF DESIRED, YOU CAN RECLAIM UNSOLD ITEMS, BUT IT IS SOLEY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSIGNOR TO COME INTO THE SASSY PEACOCK 7 DAYS OR LESS, PRIOR TO THE CONTRACT ENDING TO PICK UP THOSE ITEMS.  After 60 days, all items will become property of The Sassy Peacock.  If damage or flaws are found during the pricing of your items we will donate them to local charities (these items will not be returned).  We donate to the Mercy Center for Women and The City Mission.   
 
We accept upscale ladies and juniors clothing and accessories including: formal wear, shoes, purses, and jewelry. All items must be on HANGERS, in style (no more than 2 years old), in season, cleaned and pressed. Formal wear needs to be dry-cleaned. We select items based on current styles , condition, brands and inventory levels. No appointments are necessary.
 
Pricing is determined by The Sassy Peacock to best sell your item(s) at the most profitable price. Items may be reduced at the discretion of The Sassy Peacock at any time. The Sassy Peacock reserves the right to decline merchandise at its own discretion.
 
 The consignor will receive 50% of the recorded price in store credit OR 40% in cash or a check.  For items priced at $49.99 or more the consignor will receive 50% in store credit, cash or check.  You may come in at any time and receive money that you have earned.  If you do not come in to pick up your earnings, checks will be mailed monthly with a minimum balance of $50. 
 
While every reasonable effort will be made by The Sassy Peacock, LLC to safeguard consigned merchandise at 843 Pittsburgh Ave.,Erie, PA. The Sassy Peacock assumes NO liability for the loss, damage to, or destruction of any consigned item(s) by fire, theft, accident, or any other cause. When deemed necessary, the policies of the contract may be revised at the owners' discretion. Consignors will be notified. Accounts that have a $5 balance or less at the end of the year and have had no activity in the last 6 months are automatically closed. All transactions and resolutions to disputes will take place in Erie, PA, USA.
 
 Unless otherwise specified, consignor guarantees authenticity of consigned goods and indemnifies The Sassy Peacock, LLC of any damages, fees, and costs that may occur, including return of buyer's purchase price, as a result thereof.
